Project Overview
Senior Portfolio, provides task to create resumes, business cards and promotional pieces. The Manifesto Bolted Book Bind was chosen for this promotional piece. The piece was recommended to use created with a Riso printer, allowing pure vibrant colors to show throughout each page. The vibrant colors consist of pink, blue, black and yellow. Creating variant alternatives of colors merging together. The book follows the traditional information and setup such as the original.
Project Approach
Focusing more on vibrancy colors, the RIso printer allows imperfections throughout each piece. This creates originality and uniqueness.

Process Work
Learning the Riso printer took many challenges and understanding how the machine works. The process is time consuming comparing to other printers, however, using this machine allowed me to create a stronger piece, using vibrant colors and better quality materials.
Each piece of paper consist of two pages, some may be individuals or consist of double sided artworks. Every page is hand cut, hold punched and hand bind together within the span of a month. Although the piece was on a time crunch, it was finally finished within the last week before the senior portfolio show.
In class printing, colors placed are pink and blue. After printing each page must be laid out, allowing the ink to fully dry.
